Decision Clarity Advisory

Clarity Before the Decision Is Made

Clarity advisory is a private advisory for seeing what is present within the decision before action is taken.

The decision itself cannot be separated from the person making it. What is present within the decision must be seen before action is taken.

This work focuses on seeing what is present within the decision itself, as it is forming within the person, before action is taken.

What becomes present within the decision is influenced by patterns in how the person processes information and responds under pressure, even when those patterns are not yet in form within the decision.

Clarity Advisory Session

This is a private 60-minute virtual advisory conversation.

Bring the situation as it is. We look closely at what is present within the decision so you can respond with clear judgment.

The conversation is confidential.

60 minutes | $750

Advisory Relationship

For those who want a consistent place to see clearly what is present within decisions as they are forming.

This is a monthly advisory relationship focused on what is present within the decision before action is taken.

Because these factors are not always easy to see, this work is selective and requires a willingness to look directly at what is present within the decision and shaping judgment and response.

Available by invitation following an advisory session when continued clarity is needed.

Monthly Advisory | $3,500 per month

How Decisions Take Shape

For more than three decades, I worked within large organizations where decisions affected direction, operations, and the people responsible for carrying them out, including more than 20 years in healthcare leadership environments.

Much of that time was spent in settings where information was incomplete and priorities competed with one another. In these conditions, decisions were shaped within the situations themselves.

This is how I have worked with colleagues and leadership throughout my career—looking at what is present within the decision so it can be seen clearly before it is made.

Now, as artificial intelligence changes how information is analyzed and interpreted, the structure of decision-making is changing.
